Digital Products
All digital products, including printables and downloads, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

If you experience any issues accessing your file or believe you have made a duplicate purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Physical Products
For physical items such as our budget planner, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for used items.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution if applicable.
